Empowering Humanity

with Intelligent Brain

Health Technologies

Our background

NeuroFlex® is the result of two family’s similar visions to empower humanity with digital health technology for better health and wellbeing outcomes. The Galiana and Thynne families are the founders of the NeuroFlex® group of companies which is a merger between Saccade Analytics Inc. (SAI) and Digital Health Organization Ltd (DHO).

The Galiana family founding of SAI began over 30 years ago when the seed of its Intellectual Property was conceived with Dr Mimi Galiana, whose research at McGill University led the field of eye and head movement analysis. She came to understand that although her work had tremendous potential, much more was needed before it would help people.

With this goal, she founded Saccade Analytics in 2016 and recruited her daughter Isabel Galiana to assist in building the business. Isabel is now the Managing Director and Mimi is the Chief Scientific & Medical Officer of the NeuroFlex® group of companies.

The origin of the DHO story started in 1992 when Dr Grenville Thynne, an internationally recognised Surgeon having trained at the Royal Marsden Hospital (UK) and Mayo Clinic (USA), as well as his birthplace Australia, and his wife Jan, an Australian Registered Nurse with a UK accredited nursing diploma, established Health Corporation of Australia (HCA).

The vision was to create a hospital company and assist in research and education in the health care sector. It was from this initial base that the group grew various businesses in the Healthcare, well being and eHealth sectors over the next decades until the present day. The Thynne family business DHO merged with the Galiana family SAI business to create the NeuroFlex® group of companies of which the sons Grenville and Nathan are Executive Directors.
